# Model rights / สิทธิ์การใช้แบบจำลอง

การซื้อแอปไม่เปลี่ยนสิทธิ์ที่ผู้สร้างชุดข้อมูลกายวิภาคให้ไว้ผ่านใบอนุญาตของแต่ละชุด ระบบตรวจไฟล์ติดตั้งมีไว้ตรวจความสมบูรณ์ของแอป ไม่ได้เพิกถอนสิทธิ์ในการใช้หรือดัดแปลงโมเดลภายใต้ใบอนุญาตเหล่านั้น

Purchasing the app does not change the rights granted by the anatomy datasets' respective licenses. Installer integrity checks protect the application package; they do not revoke permitted use or adaptation of licensed models.

BodyParts3D and Human Reference Atlas components retain their stated CC BY 4.0 attribution. The standardized nasal dataset retains CC BY 4.0 attribution. Read ATTRIBUTION.md, FEMALE-REFERENCE-CREDITS.md and NASAL-MODEL-CREDITS.md for sources and adaptations.

The adapted Z-Anatomy facial muscle components and their supplemental catalogue entries are CC BY-SA 4.0. You may reuse and adapt them, including commercially, subject to attribution, indicating changes and ShareAlike. No additional restriction on these licensed uses is imposed by the app. FACE-MODEL-CREDITS.md and FACE-MODEL-UPSTREAM-NOTICE.txt contain the source notices. An unencrypted, standalone export of the active adapted facial models is prepared alongside the release as SomaLens-Facial-Muscles-CC-BY-SA-4.0.zip. The publisher must make this export available publicly when distributing the protected app.

The facial export excludes non-commercial kidney and inner-ear components from the complete upstream collection. It does not license every component of that upstream collection for commercial use.

Original application code and other model components retain their separate licenses. ShareAlike on these facial model adaptations is not a claim that every component of the app has the same license. Do not apply a blanket redistribution prohibition to the licensed models.
